Shipping and Returns

We use PayPal for purchases, however, you do not have to join PayPal to securely use your credit card. You will immediately receive a confirmation of your payment and your order will be shipped within 10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If for any reason the product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you within 3 business days so that you can:

Agree to a back order or
Purchase an alternate style or
Request a refund

Shipping

We ship only to the United States. Our standard shipping is USPS to the continental U.S. and USPS Air to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number.

Texas Messenger Service: We offer messenger service to the following cities: Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Temple, Buda and San Antonio.

Return Policy

We want you to be very happy with your bed linens, however, we realize that there may be a reason you want to return or exchange your order. We will issue a refund only for our standard sheets (any sheet but a custom BodyPrint) with the following conditions:

Call first for a return approval code prior to returning any order.
Write the return approval code, original credit card number with expiration date and telephone number on your receipt.
Merchandise must be unopened.
Must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order.
Order is accompanied by the original receipt.
Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

BodyPrints™ Returns

As all specifications have been discussed and confirmed with the customer prior to manufacturing, we do not permit a return. However, if you are unhappy with your BodyPrint, please contact us to discuss the situation and we are happy to make additional modifications if possible. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Further modifications will also require an additional fee.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your BodyPrint design, please contact us and we will gladly discuss the issues so we can come to an agreement and rectify any misunderstanding. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge if you decide to return your custom BodyPrint sheet.
